Our factory covers an area of 4000 m2, with construction area of 3, 600 m2, and a staff of 130 people, being equipped with around 50 sets of various imported high precision processing machines. We have passed ISO9001: 2015 quality system certification and ISO14001: 2015 environment system certification.
The experience and know-how acquired over the last 20 years allow us to meet the needs of our customers in a quick and practical manner, responding to the demands of an increasingly dynamic market in continuous evolution.
We are going to move to the new plant which is 5 times larger of the current one equipped with more advanced machines.
We provide mainly for 3 service categories including:
Design, processing and after-sales services of precision cold stamping and plastic injection molds;
Design and manufacture of various types of fixture;
Various OEM precision custom parts machining;
Our main products include jigs, fixtures, gauges, injection mold & parts, cold stamping mold & parts, die casting mold & parts, forging mold & parts, powder metallurgy mold & parts, medical instrument parts, pharmaceutical equipment parts, ceramics products, sealing products, machinery parts, tooling parts...Being applied in communications, automotive, pharmaceutical & medical industry, mechanism industry, semiconductor, robotic & acoustics solutions...
Besides, we manufacture winding machines and their parts, custom automatic equipment, automatic assembly lines.
Equipped with advanced machines like Mazak, Dema, Makino, Mitsubishi, Sodick, Wasino, Kent, Elite and inspection tool like Hexagon, Mahr, Mitutoyo, Zeiss, etc. Together with high effective quality control, Gemte Technology provides one-stop and tailored services.
